Brownie
Melt the chocolate and Mimetic in a microwave to 45°C. In a mixing bowl with a paddle, mix all other ingredients for 3 min at medium speed. Add the melted chocolate and mix for another 2 min. Spread 2 kg of batter in a 30 x 40 frame. Let cool down the brownie and cut square shape of 4,5 x 4,5 cm.
