Working Method

Muffin Plain
Mix all ingredients for 2 min. at low speed and 3 min. at medium speed.

Muffin Cocoa
Mix all ingredients for 2 min. at low speed and 3 min. at medium speed.

ASSEMBLING
Pipe 50 gr of plain batter and 50 gr of cocoa batter in a muffin mould. Mix gently the 2 batter with a knife to give a marble effect. Add 3 gr of chocolate grains on top. Let cool down and inject the Cremfil Ultim.
