Working Method

Before Baking
Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes on medium speed using a paddle. Pipe 70g in each muffin cup and pipe 15g of the filling in the middle. Pipe 30g on top of the filling and bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C.

After Baking
When the muffin is cold, pipe 15g of the filling inside the muffin.
