Blend the Satin Creme Cake Mix with softened butter and eggs with a flat beater for 1 minute at a slow speed, then 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add the Topfil Apple Cubes and blend on slow speed for 1 minute or until evenly blended.
Using 3"/76mm deep round cake molds deposit 80g of cake batter into the paper cases.
Sprinkle a blend of cinnamon and brown sugar mix on to this first portion of cake batter.
Top with a second 70g portion of cake batter.
Finally sprinkle each with a light layer of white granulated sugar.
Bake for 160C for 40 minutes approximately in a convention oven.
