Festipak is a sugar-free whippable topping that can be used in both sweet and savory applications, both in its liquid and whipped form. Such as pastry fillings or creamy pasta sauces. As well as being whipped it can be used in its liquid form for ganaches and creamy sauces since it is heat resistant up to 80°c (not BAKE STABLE/not for the oven). It is a perfect base for tailormade and sugar reduced pastry and dessert creations. It can be whipped up to 3.5 times its original volume.
