Cremfil Ultim Chocolate is a ready-to-use Real Belgian chocolate creamy filling with excellent bake stability, and perfect for a large range of baked goods such as soft buns, muffins and croissants. The resulting finished goods may be stored at room temperature for at least 1 week. Thanks to its superior bake stability, Cremfil Ultim Chocolate may be applied both before and after baking and ideal for ambient-stored bakery and patisserie goods.
